In this exciting role you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and overall effective performance of 2 stores based within the domestic terminal at Auckland Airport. Working as part of the broader management team, you will ensure targets in relation to profit contribution, outstanding level of customer service delivery and landlord expectations are achieved. And; by applying your leadership and strategic planning capabilities you will ensure continuous improvement in all key areas with a team orientated approach to the development of employees.
We are looking for a hands-on leader with:
- Solid retail operational and people management skills and experience
- An analytical and entrepreneurial approach to business
- Above average communication skills
- The ability to use initiative and to focus on delivering a world class level of customer service
As we're located in a dynamic airport environment our stores operate to meet our customers' needs. With this in mind, you would be expected to be reasonably flexible with your hours.
